In 2014, I started photographing The Boulevard at Capital Center and the surrounding community. I knew the area, the Boulevard in particular, would be redeveloped. I attended some of the community meetings. The most important project, of course, was the new hospital to be built on the site. So, I took out my trusty camera and began to photograph the shopping center and the area. My intent was to follow the changes. Once Covid-19 happened, like everyone else I stayed inside. I no longer live in that community, but I hope great things are still in store for the residents of Largo.
